       Know all men by these presents that Jacob Hollister of
       the Citty of Bristoll Chyrurgeon have made ordained Constituted and
       by these presents doe make ordayne Constitute and appoynt Thom.s
       Wills of the said Citty Merch.t my true and lawfull attorny for me
       & in my name and for my use to ask demand and receive of and
       for M.r Robert Ungell M.r Wornel Hunt M.r   Fordham or any
       person that is to me or may be Indebted what ever in ^her^ Maj.ties
       Collony of Maryland and upon non paym.t thereof the said Tho.s Wills
       his ex.rs or adm.rs for me and in my name to sue arrest Imprison Implead
       and prosecute for the same and upon such suite to proceed to Judgm.t &
       execution And thereupon the said Rob.t Ungle &c.a or their ex.rs and ad.rs
       in prison to hold and keep untill payment thereof be made with
       all Costs and damages susteyned and to be sustained by occasion
       of the deteyning of the same and upon payment thereof the said
       Rob.t Ungle &c.a or their ex.rs and adm.rs fourth of prison to discharge
       and acquittances for the same or any part thereof for me & in my
       name to make seal and deliver and also to doe performe and execute
       all and every other lawfull & reasonable acts and things whatsoever
       both for obteyning and discharging of the same as shall be needfull
       to be done Giveing and by these presents granting unto my said
       attorny my full and absolute power in the premises unto my said
       attorny my full and absolute power in the premises Ratifieng &
       Holding firme all and whatsoever my said att.rny shall Lawfully
       doe or Cause to be done in or about the premises by Vertue of these
       Presents In Wittness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & seale
       the 21.st day of July in the tenth year of the reigne of our sovereigne
       Queen Ann by the grace of God of Great Brittain France & Ireland
       Queen defend.r of the faith &c.a Annoq Dom 1712
