106 Claim any estate right title Interest Claim or demand whatsoever of in to or out of the said several peices or parcells of Land and premises or any part or parcell thereof shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter (after breach of the provisoe and Covenant af.d) at the request Cost and Charges of the said ^Jn.o Hyde his heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assignes make do acknowledge Levy Execute & suffer or Cause & Pcure to be made done Acknowledged Levyed Executed & suffered unto the said^ John Hyde his heires and assignes all & every such further and other Lawfull and reasonable act and acts thing and things device and devices Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better more perfect and absolute conveying and assureing the said peices or parcells of Land and p.rmises and every part and parcell thereof unto the said John Hyde his heires & assignes for ever as by the said John Hyde his heires ^or^ and assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required And Lastly it is hereby Concluded and agreed by and between the said Parties to these presents that untill Default shall be made of or in payment of the said sume of five hundred and fifteen pounds Contrary to the provisoe and Covenant afd and the true Intent and meaning of these presents it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said Richard Smith his heires and assignes to receive and take y.e rents issues and profitts of all and every the premises to his and their own proper Use and uses without the Interuption or hindrance of the said John Hyde his heires or assignes In wittness whereof the parties first above named to these presents their hands and seales Interchangably have sett the day and year first above written Richard Smith Junior (Seale) On the back of the aforegoing deed was thus endorst Viz.t Sealed and delivered (being first duly stampt with Double six penny stamp according to ^the^ act of Parliam.t in the Presence of Tho Birch Tho Dugdale The day & year within written Then reced of the within written ^named^ John Hyde the sum of five hundred pounds of Lawfull English money the same being the Consid.n mony w.thin menconed to be 50.ℓ paid to me I say reced p me Rich.d Smith Junior Wittness Tho Birch Tho Dugdale (June) |
