       Charges or deduccons whatsoever And the said Richard Smith doth
       hereby for himself his heires ex.rs adm.rs and assignes further Covenant
       promise grant and agree to and with the said John Hyde his heires &
       assignes in Manner following (that is to say) that he the said Rich.d
       Smith is Lawfully seized of and in the said severall tracts peices &
       percells of Land and premises before menconed to be granted and
       Conveyed with their and every of their appurtenances of a good absolute
       and indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple to the use of himself
       and his heires absolute without any Condition Use trust Clause or
       Limitation of use or uses or any other matter or thing whatsoever to alter
       Change determine or make Void the same And that the said Rich.d Smith
       hath full Power and good right and Lawfull and Absoulute Authority
       to grant bargaine sell and Convey the said Lands and Premises
       with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said John Hyde
       in manner and form af.d And that after breach of the provisoe and
       Covenant af.d it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said John Hyde
       his heires and assignes peaceably & Quietly to enter upon and to
       have hold occupy posess and enjoy the said severall tracts peices or
       percells of Land and premises with their and every of their appurtences
       and receive and take the Rents Issues and Pfitts thereof w.thout the
       Lawfull ^suit^ Let trouble Denyall eviccon ejeccon molestation or
       disturbance of the said Rich.d Smith or any other person or persons
       whatsoever And also freely and clearly acquitted and discharged
       of and from all and all manner of former and other gifts Grants
       bargaines sales Leases Estates Rights titles Joyntures Dowers thirds
       Uses Entailes Annuities rents Charge Rents seck and all arrears of
       rent forfeitures recognizances Judgments Execucons extents statutes
       Merchant and of the staple and of and from all other titles troubles
       Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever had made Committed done
       or suffered or to be had made Committed done or suffered by the s.d
       Richard Smith or any other person or persons whatsoever And
       further that the said Richard Smith and all and every other
       person or persons whatsoever haveing or Lawfully Claiming or to have or Lawfully
