       Merch.t of the other pte Wittnesseth that the said Richard Smith
       for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings of Lawfull mony of
       Great Brittain to him in hand paid by the said John Hyde at and before
       the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said
       Richard Smith doth her^e^by acknowledge and thereof doth acquitt release &
       discharge the said John Hyde his ex.rs adm.rs and Assignes by these psents
       unto the said John Hyde his ex.rs adm.rs and assignes All that tract or parcell
       of Land Called Smiths Fort Lying in Cecill County and upon the East side
       of Susquehanna River Beginning at a bounded Birch standing by the
       river side by a Byte of the River and upon the north side of the Byte being
       a bounded tree of the Land Called Success belonging to Thomas Lightfoot
       and runing thence up the river North west and by north sixty perches to a
       bounded Ash standing in a Levell near the said River then running
       northwest up the said River ninety perches to a bounded birch standing in a
       small swamp then running East and by north five degrees notherly
       five hundred and thirty four perches then Running
       south south east one hundred and eighty four perches Lastly runing
       by a direct Line to the first bounded tree Containing and Laid out
       for five hundred acres of Land more or Less togeather with all rights
       proffitts benefitts priviledges and appurtenances thereunto belonging
       and also all that other tract or parcell of Land Called Smiths Forrest
       lying in Talbot County and on the south side of Chester River &
       at the head of the south east branch and at the east side of Mannour
       of Baltimore Beginning at a marked Oak standing at the end of the
       north Line of the said Mannour and runing south with the said
       Mannour for Length eight hundred perches to a marked poplar
       standing on the north side or a Pockoson thence east four hundred
       perches thence north eight hundred perches and from thence
       with a streight Line to the first bounded tree Containing and laid
       out for two thousand acres of Land more or Less togeather with all
       rights proffitts benefitts and previledges thereunto belonging (Royall
       mines excepted) all w.ch premises before menconed are scituate lying
       and being in Cecill and Talbott Countys both or one of them in the s.d
       province of Maryland in America And the reversion and reversions
       remainder and remainders thereof and of every part and pcell thereof
       To have and to hold the said tracts peices and percells of
       Land and premises herein before menconed or Intended to be hereby
       bargained and sold and every part and parcell thereof with their &
