85 Excluded and debared by these presents and the said Nicholas Sporne the af.d Lands and premises with their & Every of their appurtences shall and will for ever hereafter warrant unto the said W.m Nicholls his heires and assignes ag.t him the said Nicholas Sporne and his heirs and all psons whatsoever Claymeing or to Clayme the same in by from or under him or by or with his assent Consent act title meanes privity or procurem.t In Wittness the said Nicholas Sporne hath hereunto sett his hand and seale the fourteenth day of March Annoq.r Dm 1708 Sealed and delivered in Nich.o Sporne (sea) the P.rsence of us W.m Gray Gilbert Scott Rich.d Dallam On the back of the aforegoing deed was Endorsed as fol Viz.t M.d that the fourteenth day of March annoq.r Dm 1708 Came before me W.m Holland Esq.r Chiefe Justice of Her Maj.tys provinciall Court the within named Nicholas Sporne and acknowledged the within written Deed to be his act & Deed according to the direction of the act of Assembly in that Case made & provided &c 620 Cap.t & Cog Coram W.m Holland Maryland Aprill 4.th 1706 Exch.a P 4.s ster Att Twenty days sight pay this my third P Exch.a my first nor second not paid to M.r Edward Hancox or order the sume of four pounds sterling Value recd hereof himself make good pay and place to the acc.o of Y.r hum.ble serv.t to M.r Jn.o Goodwin merch.t John Stokes in London 62 |
