x.d  This Indenture made the 29.th Day
       of January in the seventh yeare of the Reigne
       of our Sovereigne Lady Queen Anne of Great
       Brittaine &c.a and in the yeare of Lord
       God one thousand seven hundred and Eight
       Between Eliz.a Rousby widow and
       Rellict of W.m Rousby late of London
       groser Decd by Charles Carroll of Ann.ll
       County Gent her atturney for that purpose
       appointed of the one part and Edward Horne
       of S.t Maries County in the province of
       Maryland Planter of the other part
       Wittnesseth that the said Eliz.a Rousby
       by her atturny af.d for and in Consideration
       of the full & Just sume of twenty pounds
       sterling to the said Charles for the use of the
       s.d Elizabeth Rousby well and Truly paid
       the Receipt whereof the s.d Charles doth
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and of
       Every part and parcell thereof doth by
       Vertue of his power from the s.d Eliz.a
       Clearly acquitt Exonerate & Discharge the s.d
       Edw.d Horne his heires Executors and adm.rs
       for Ever by these presents hath Given Granted
       alleined Bargained sold Enfeoffed Conveyed
       and Confirmed and by these Psents doth fully
