          paid by the said W.m Nicholls and Lawfull

       Nicholls and for divers other good Causes and Considerations

       him and his heirs for ever quite Clayme and Confirmed
       unto the said William Nicholls in his actuall
       possession now being All his Right Estate title

       Equity of Redempcon interest and demand whatsoever
       which he the said Nicholas Sporne now hath
       Ever had or may Can might or Could Claime
       Challenge or demand of into or out of all or any of
       the said three sever.ll peeces or percells of Land herein
       before menconed or of into or out of any part or
       pcell thereof with their and Every of their appurtences
       To Have and to hold the same unto the said
       W.m Nicholls his heirs and assignes for Ever Soe that
       neither the said Nicholas Sporne nor his heirs nor any
       other pson or psons for or in his name any Estate
       Right title Claime use possession power of reentry
       Equity of Redemption interest or demand whatsoever

       part or parcell thereof shall or may from henceforth
       require ask Claime Challenge or demand out of
