       Escripts and writeings any wise Touching or Concerning the
       same Bargained premises or any part or percell thereof  To
       Have and to Hold the said Tracts of Land and premises and
       Every of them with their and Every of their rights members
       and appurtenances unto him the said John Hyde his heirs
       and assignes for Ever to and for the only proper use and behoofe
       of him the said John and his heirs and to no other use
       intent meaning or purpose whatsoever  And he the said
       Lewis Duvall doth by these presents for himselfe his heirs
       Executors and administrators Covenant promise and agree
       to and with him the said Jn.o Hyde and his heirs that the
       above five severall Tracts of Land and Every of them are at
       the Time of the sealing and delivery of these presents Clear and
       free of and from all manner of former bargains sales gifts
       grants Enfeoffments or any other Incumbrances whatsoever
       whether by statutes Judgments forfeitures or attainders of
       him the said Lewis or any other person or persons whatsoever
       under whome he derives his Title to the said Tracts of Land
       or any of them save only the quitt Rents that hereafter
       shall grow due to the Right honourable the Lord propry
       And he the said Lewis Duvall for himself and his heirs
       doth further Covenant promise and agree to and with
       him the said John and his heirs the said Tracts of Land
       and Every of them with the appurtenances above granted
       and Every part & percell thereof ag.t him the said Lewis
       and his heirs and ag.t all & Every other person or persons
