66 whatsoever Claimeing or to Claime the premises by from or under any Person or persons whatsoever unto him the said John his heirs and assignes shall warr.t and for Ever Defend by these presents Provided alwaies and it is the true intent and meaning of these presents that if the said Lewis Duvall his heirs Executors or administrators or Either of them shall at or before the first day of March next well and Truly Content satisfie and pay or Cause to be well and Truly Contented satisfied & paid unto him the said John Hyde his Executors administrators or assignes the full and Just sume of one hundred pounds Currant and Lawfull mony of England by good and sufficient bills of Exchange to be drawn upon some responsible merchant in England which shall be duly accepted and paid according to the Tenor thereof as also at or upon the first day of March which shall be in the yeare of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and nine pay in Like manner and by the Like bills the Just and full sume of two hundred pounds like Currant mony with Legall interest for foure hundred pounds of the said Consideracon mony as also at or upon the first day of March which shall be in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and and Tenn pay in manner af.d and by the Like bills of the Like sume of two hundred pounds like Currant mony (being the residue then due of the said Consideracon mony) with Legall interest for the same that then this deed and all the articles Clauses |
