           in the fork of puttuxent next below a Tract of Land
       on the said River Called Littleton and Called by the name of
       Versaile & Containing two hundred acres All that Tract
       or percell of Land Called Duvalls Cowpen being part of a
       Tract of Land Called Ridgely's and Tylers Chance scituate
       Lying and being in Prince Georges County and Containing
       sixty three acres (more or Less) As also all that Tract or percell
       of Land Called middle plantacon scituate Lying and being
       in Ann Arundell County aforesaid orriginally granted to
       Marceon Duvall Father to the said Lewis which said Marceon
       did by his last will & Testament devise the same to the said
       Lewis Duvall and his heirs which Contains according to a
       resurvey thereof made Eight hundred forty foure acres more or
       Less (as also all that Tract or percell of Land Containing one
       hundred forty and Three acres) more or Less scituate Lying and
       being in Annarundell County af.d Joyneing to one of the said
       Lewis his plantations and Called Burgessess Choice as also
       all that a Certain tract or percell of Land Called Duvalls
       Expectation Lying in the said County of Prince Georges and
       Cont.a foure hundred thirty three a (more or less)  Togeather
       with all and singular the houses out houses tobacco houses
       barnes stables Gardens orchards ways waters woods underwoods
       pastures Fences inclosures poffitts beniffitts Comodities
       improvements and appurtenances whatsoever to the same
       belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion
       or revertions remainder or remainders of all and singular
       the premises  Together also with all Deeds pattents
