       and with him the said Charles Carroll and his heirs that
       the Lands and Covenants ^Tenements^ hereby bargained & sold all at
       the time of the ensealing and Delivery of these Psents
       Clear & free of and from all and all manner of incumbrances
       Whatsoever whether by former grants Bargains
       sales statutes Judgm.ts recognizances forfeitures or attaind.rs
       of him the said Abraham Clarke or of those under whom
       he derives or by any other ways or means whatsoever save
       only the quitt Rents hereafter to grow due to the
       Right Hon.ble Charles Lord Baron of Baltemore
       Lord Propry of this Pvince  And he the said Abraham
       Clarke doth by these Psents farther Covenant
       Pmise and agree to and with him the said Char.les
       and his heirs that he the said Abraham and his
       heirs shall and will from time to time and at all
       times hereafter warr.t and Defend the said Tract
       of Land and other the Pmises unto him the said
       Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes for Ever
       against all manner of Psons Claimeing or to
       Claime by from or under him or under those under
       whome he derives or any other Pson or Psons whatsoever
       Provided allways and it is the True intent
       and meaning of these Psents that if he the said Abraham
       Clarke his heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs shall and will at or before
