       year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and nine
       well and Truly Content satisfie and pay or Cause to
       be well and Truly Contented satisfied and paid unto the
       above named Charles his Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes the
       sume of Twenty pounds ster by good and sufficient
       bills of Exch.a to be drawn upon some Responsible
       merch.t in England which shall be Duly accepted &
       paid w.th one years Legall interest for the whole
       Consideracon mony as also at or before the Twenty third
       day of May w.ch shall be in the year of our Lord
       seventeen hundred and Ten pay in like manner and
       by the Like bills the Like sume of twenty pounds
       ster w.th one years Legall Interest for Eighty pounds
       being the remainder of the said Consideracon mony as
       also at or before the Twenty third day of Aug.t which
       shall be in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred &
       Eleven pay in manner aforesaid & by the Like bills
       the like sume of twenty pounds ster & w.th one years
       Legall interest for sixty pounds being the residue of
       the said one hundred pounds sterl as also at or before
       the Twenty third day of Aug.t which shall be in the year
       seventeen hundred and Twelve pay by the Like bills
       the Like sume of Twenty pounds ster with one years
       Legall interest for forty pounds being what shall then
       Rem.a due of the said Consideracon mony as also at or
       before upon the Twenty third day of Aug.t which shall
       be in the year of our Lord seventeen hundred & thirteen
