59 the said Abraham Clarke y one Robert Tyler of said County of Princes out of at a Tract Called Darnalls Grove which said foure hundred acres lyes scituate in Prince Georges County aforesaid on the west side of puttuxon River in the Freshes and on the west side of a branch Called Collington where is Lops Manner is and doth being at a bound red oake being the south west Tree of a pcell of Land Laid out for Lewis Duvall standing in a Line of Samuell Duvalls and runing with the said Duvall west one hundred and sixty pers to a bound red oak standing on a hill side thence north foure hundred perches to a bound red oak thence East one hundred and sixty per to a bound Chesnutt in a bottom then south with a Straight Line to the first Tree Cont.a and Laid out for foure hundred acres of Land Together w.th all and singular the houses out houses Tobacco houses Dwelling houses Barns stables orchards Gardens fences woods underwoods waters water Courses w.th all and every the Rights Pfitts Comodityes members and appurt.s to the bargained P.rmises belonging or in any wise appertaining (Royall mines Excepted) To Have and to hold the said Lands & Tenem.ts and all and singular other the Pmises to him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes for Ever to and for the only Pp use and behoofe of him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes for Ever ^&^ to and for the no other use intent meaning purpose or Construction whatsoever And he the said Abraham Clarke doth by these Psents for him and his heirs Covenant Pmise grant and agree on & |
