       afores.d two Tracts of Land and Pmises together with all and
       singular the appurtenances to them belonging in as full
       Large ample and beneficiall manner as he the said Charles
       Doth Enjoy the same By Vertue of the said recited Deed and
       the forfeiture ensuing thereon for want of Due Complyance
       of the Covenants therein Contained and the said Char.les Doth
       further for himself & his heirs Covenant Pmise grant &
       agree to and with the said Thomas Emms his heirs and assiss
       that the said Charles & his heirs shall and will at any time
       or times w.thin the space of seven years from the date of
       these Psents do make acknowledge & suffer & Excuse ^Cause^ to be
       Done made acknowledged and sufferred all such other act
       and acts thing or things Device or Devices in the Law for
       the Better transferring securing & suremaking the said
       Two tracts of Land and Pmises with the appurtenances
       before menconed unto him the said Tho.s Emms & his
       heires forever that is to say in as full Large & ample
       manner as the said Charles Doth Hold the same by
       Vertue of the sid Recited Deed as shall be reasonably
       Devised or Advised by the said Thomas Or his heirs
       or by his or their Councill Learned Learned in the Law
       & at the Pp Cost Cost & Charges of him the said Tho.s
       or his Assignes  In Wittness whereof the said Pties
       have hereunto Interchangably set their hand &
       seales the Day & year first above written
