       granted unto the said Charles only made Lyable
       to the Quantitys and paym.ts of tobacco therein mentioned
       as also other Tobacco's advanced by the said Charles to the
       said parties w.ch the Interest of both under the Cert.a
       Limitations and Condicons in the said Deed exprest
       now become absolute for want of Complyance of paym.t
       of the said principall and Interests  Now This Indenture
       Wittnesseth that the said Charles Carroll for and
       in Consideracon of the sume of Eighty seven pounds four
       shil & there pence sterl heretofore paid him by the said
       Thomas Emms on a Draught of Exile ^Exch.a^ of W.m Adams's as
       Also for and in Consideracon of the sume of one hundred
       Twenty Eight pounds Eight shill & seven pence sterl and
       also the sume of two Thousand Eight hundred & fifty six
       pounds of Tob.o  More Before the sealing and Delivery
       of these Psents all of which sums of mony & Tob.o are
       punctually paid by the said Tho.s Emms the receipt
       whereof he the said Charles Carroll Doth hereby
       Acknowledge and thereof & of Every part and Pcell
       thereof he the said Charles Doth fully Clearly &
       Absolutely Exonerate acquitt and Discharge the said
       Tho.s his Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes all of w.ch sums do Comprehend
       and make up the principall and Interest Due to the said
       Charles Carroll by the said Recited Deed ^and the Equity thereof for what was by him advanced over & above y.e sume or quantity in the Land Deed^ Exprest  Hath
       given granted Bargained & sold aliened Enfeoffed Transferred
       and Confirmed as by these Psents the said Charles Doth
       for himself & his heirs Bargain sell alien Enfeoff Transferr &
       Confirm unto him the said Tho.s Emms for Ever all those
