       part  Wittnesseth that whereas Thomas Richardson Susanna
       Richardson and John Richardson of Baltemore County by their
       Deed of Indenture bearing date the twelfth of feb.ry one
       Thousand seven hundred for the Condicons therein mentioned
       Did give grant bargain sell Allien Enfeoff and Confirm
       unto him the said Charles Carroll and his heirs all those
       two Tracts of Land or Pcell herein^after^ Described that is to say one
       Tract Called & known by the name of Tailors Mount
       Cont.a by Estimacon two hundred & fifty a (More or Less)
       The other Tract Called Dixons Choice and Cont.a by
       Estimacon three hundred a (More or Less) Both of which
       said Two Tracts or Pcell are Cituate lying and being in
       Gunpowder River in Baltem.r Co.ty afores.d Together w.th
       all and singular the dwelling houses out houses Tob.o
       houses Gardens Barns stables Orchards Meadows Pastures
       fences & Inclosures to the said two Tracts or Pcell of Land
       belonging or in any wise Appertaining  And also all the
       Right Estate Title Interest Possession use Claim and
       Demand whatsoever w.ch they the said Thomas Richardson
       or John Richardson or Either of them then had or might have
       had in and to the Pmises before bargained and sold or of in &
       unto any part or pcell thereoff  And also all and singular the
       Deeds Evidences Charters wrightings Escripts Minuments
       Touching and Concerning the same To Have and to hold the
       same pcell of Land unto him the said Charles Carroll his
       heirs and assignes for Ever  And Whereas the said Deed
       Being only Conditionall and the Lands & Pmises thereby
