       sell alien enfoeffe release and Confirm to the said Phile
       Lloyd two Lotts of Land w.ch the house or houses thereon
       Erected lying and being in the Citty of Annapolis
       that is to say one lott next to Maj.r Freemans garden
       whereof Tho.s Holmes the Barber now liveth and one
       other Lott next to Jn.o Navatts Comonly Called and
       known by the name of Coll Hutchins's Lott with
       all his right Title & Interest thereunto To have and
       to hold the same to him the said Philemon Lloyd
       his heirs & assignes forever to the sole proper use and
       behoofe of the said Philemon Lloyd his heirs and assignes
       for Ever  In Wittness whereof the Parties to these psents
       have interchangeably sett their hands & seales the
       day & year above written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered            W Bladen   (sea)
       in the Psence of                        Phile Lloyd   (sea)
