       suffer and Execute or Cause to be made done suffered
       acknowledged and Executed all and every farther and
       other act and acts thing and things assureances and
       Conveyances whatsoever as by the said Amos Garrett
       his heirs and assignes of his or their Councill Learned
       in the Law shall be from time to time be reasonably
       devised or advised for the farther and better Assurence
       surety & sure making over all and singular the pmises
       hereby bargained or sold or hereby intended to be bargained
       or sold and Lastly the said Edward Rumley and Elinor
       his wife for themselfs and their heirs doth hereby Covenant
       Pmise grant and agree to and with the said Amos Garrett
       his heirs heirs and assignes that they the said Edward
       Rumley & Elinor his wife for themselfs and Either of
       them and their heirs the land and Pmises so as aforesaid
       bargained or sold unto the said Amos Garrett his heirs and
       assignes shall for Ever hereafter warr.t and defend of and
       from all manner of defects and incumbrances whither it
       be by the said Lands running into former or more ancient
       surveys or any other pson or psons Claiming or to Claim
       any right Title or Interest thereunto or unto any part
       or pcell thereof  In Wittness whereof the said parties
       have hereunto interchangeably Sett to their hands &
       seales the day & yeare first above written
