51 to the same To Have and to Hold the said Three hundred acres of Land or the moyety of the whole Tract as aforesaid and Pmisses with all and singular the woods underwoods and Timber Trees pastures Meadows and all other the appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said Amos Garrett his heirs and assignes for Ever And the said Edward Rumley and Elioner his wife for themselves and their heirs doth hereby Covenant pmise grant & agree to and with the said Amos Garrett his heirs and assigns that they the said Edward Rumley and Elinor his wife shall at all times from henceforth and from time to time acquitt and discharge or otherways save and keep hamless as well the said Amos Garrett as also the said Land and all other the pmises before mentioned to be bargained or sold or Covenanted to be Conveyed as aforesaid with the appurtenances and Every part and pcell thereof of and from all former bargains sales Joynters dowers Titles of dowers statutes Judgments Recognizances forfeitures and all other Charges and incumbrances whatsoever had made or done before the sealing or delivery of these Psents by him the said Edward Rumley and Elinor his wife or by any other pson or psons Lawfully Claiming from by or under him or them in any wise And the said Edw.d Rumley and Elinor his wife doth hereby for themselfs and their heirs farther Covenant Pmise grant and agree to and with the said Amos Garrett his heirs and assignes that they the said Edw.d Rumley and Elioner his wife shall and will or either of them from time to time & at all times hereafter when thereunto required do make Acknowledge (suffer) |
