                                  Annapolis Maryland 20 July 1708
       Then Came the within named Edward Rumley and Elinor
       his wife before the hon.ble Sam.ll Young Esq one of her maj.tys
       Justices for the Pvince of Maryland and the said Elinor being
       Examined out of the hearing of her husband declared that
       she Consented of her own free will to the making over of the
       within mentioned Tract of Land &c.a and the said Edw.d
       Rumley acknowledged the within deed to the within
       named Amos Garrett according to the act of Assembly in
       that Case made and provided      before me

                      Annapolis maryland 20 July 1708
       Recd of the within named Amos Garrett the sume of Eighty
       pounds sterl mony being the Consideracon of the within
       mentioned purchase by

       John Martin

       Marico Baker            of y.e w.thin Land

       This Indenture made the 26.th day of November in
       the seventh year of the Reign of Anne of Great Brittain
       France and Ireland Queen Defender of the faith &c.a &
       in the year of our Lord Christ 1708 Between W.m Bladen
       Esq.r of the Citty of Annapolis in the province of Maryland
       on the one part & Philemon Lloyd of the Pvince af.d Esq.r
       on the other part Wittnesseth that the said W.m Bladen for
       and in Consideracon of the sume of fifty pounds ster & to
       him in hand paid hath and doth hereby grant Bargain
