        Rumley his heirs and assignes for Ever being his moyety
        or half part of the aforesaid Tract of Land Called
        Middle Neck be the same the quantity of three hund.d
        acres or upwards Together with his right to any
        surplusage Land that may hereafter happen to
        be found as in and by the said Instrument of Deed
        bearing date as aforesaid relacon being thereunto
        had it doth and may more fully & at Large appear
        Now this Psent Indenture Wittnesseth that the
       said Edward Rumley & Elinor his wife for and in
       Consideracon of the sume of Eighty pounds sterl
       Lawfull mony of England to him in hand paid
       by the said Amos Garrett the receipt whereof he doth
       hereby acknowledge to be paid to said Edward Rumley
       thereof and Every part and Pcell thereof doth hereby
       fully Clearly and absolutely Exonerate acquitt and
       Discharge him the said Amos Garrett hath given
       granted bargained sold alliened enfeffed and Confirmed
       as by these Psents he the said Edward Rumley for
       himself and his heirs doth give grant bargain sell
       alien enfeoff & Confirme unto him the said Amos
       Garrett his heirs and assignes all that his moyety
       or half part of the af.d Tract of Land Called Middle
       Neck be the same the quantity of three hundred acres
       or upwards together with his right to any surplusage
       Land that may hereafter happen to be found in the
       moyety or half part of the said Tract as aforesaid
       Together also with the preferrence of his first Choice
