       side of the river Begining at a marked white oake standing
       on a point on the Eastern side of a Creeke Called duck
       Creek runing from the said Oake up the River Easterly
       one hundred & fifty pers to a markt pine standing on a
       bank side by the mouth of a Creek Called Jones's Creek from
       the said pyne by a Line drawn north up a long Jone's Creek
       three hundred & Twenty pers by a Line drawn from the end
       of the north Line & runing north East and by north Two
       hundred sixty six per.s by a line drawn from the end of the
       north East and by north Line & runing west Two hundred
       ninty Eight pers by a Line drawn from the end of the west
       line and runing south five Hundred Thirty Six per to the first
       markt white ^oake^ at the mouth of Duck Creek Cont.a six hundred
       acres of Land (More or Less) as in and by the pattent thereof
       rem.a upon Record in the Land office relacon being thereunto
       had it doth and may fully & at large appear  And whereas
       afterw.ds the said Jarvis Morgan being thereof possest in
       and by his Last will and Testam.t bearing date the Tenth
       day of January Anno Dm one Thousand six hundred & ninty
       Eight Did amongst other bequests give and bequeath
       unto Thomas Roper of Prince Georges County Bricklayer
       Three hundred acres to him & his heirs for Ever being
       the Moyety or one half part of the said Tract of Land
       lying in Sassafrax River in Cecill County as afores.d as in
       & by the said Last will and Testam.t of the said Jarvis
       Morgan also upon record in this province relacon being
       thereunto had it doth and may more fully and at Large
       appear which three hundred acres of Land the said Thomas
       Roper by a Certain Instrum.t of Deed dated the Thirtieth
       day of July one Thousand seven hundred and two did
       bargain sell allien enfeff & Confirm unto the said Edward
