40 Granted bargained released Enfeoffed made over and Confirmed and by these presents doth him and his he^i^res Give Grant bargaine Release make over Enfeoffe & Confirme unto the said W.m Nicholson all that Tract or parcell of Land called Batchellers Delight scituate lying and being in Baltemore County on the North side of Puttuxent River Begining at a bounded white Oake standing upon the Draughts of a Branch of Joye ^Runn^ Running thence souths five Degrees Westerly Eighty six perches to a bounded White Oake standing neare a Draught of the af.d Runn thence south seventy five Degrees Westerly two hundred thirty six perches to a bounded red Oake Thence Ninety six perches to a bounded Red Oake standing on the Ascent of a Hill Thence North twenty five Degrees Easterly two hundred perches to a bounded White Oake standing by the af.d Joye Runn thence with the said Runn and Draughts thereof the first bounder Containing too hundred Ninety Eight Acres of Land more or Less Together with all Gardens Orchards Pastures Woods underwoods houses Edifecies buildings and all other Emoluments and Easements apendances or appurtenances whatsoever thereto belonging with all papers patents and Wrightings whatever Relating to the same as also the Cattell herein after Mentioned Viz four Cowes and their Encrease being now on the said Land To have and to hold the said Tract of Land with the appurtenances and the said four Cowes and |
