       Now Know yee y.t for y.e good affection I bear to
       the s.d John Carre my Son in Law for my Daughters
       sake I have given & by these presents doe give
       confirm and quitt my claim of in & unto the
       premises to the s.d John Carre for his Life to hold

       the Yeare of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred
       and Eight Between Daniel Wells of Annarandell
       County planter of the One part and William Nicholason
       of the same County Gent of the other part  Witnesseth
       that the af.d Daniell Wells for & in Consideration of the
       summ of twenty five pounds fifteen shillings ster to him in
       hand paid by the same William Nicholason before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt
       whereof the said Daniel doth hereby Acknowlede and
       thereof and of Every part and parcell thereof doth
       hereby clearely and Absolutely Acquitt Exonerate and
       Discharge the same William Nicholason his heires
       Ex.rs and Adm.rs hath given Absolutely Acquitt
