       pcell thereof together w.th all houses out houses orchards
       Gardens Cornefeilds pastures and all and singuler
       the rents issues and proffitts Comoditys wayes
       passages Easem.ts watercourses priviledges and
       appurtences whatsoever thereunto belonging
       or in any wise appertaineing  Together also
       with all the Estate right title interest property
       use possession inheritance claime and demand
       whatsoever of him the s.d Tho.s Wells and his heirs
       of in or to the same or any pte or pcell thereof
       and all the Deeds Pattents Evidences writeing
       Escripts minum.ts w.ch any wise touch or Concerne
       the same  To have and To hold the af.d three
       hundred a of Land and all and singular the
       premises before menconed and intended to be
       hereby granted and every part and pcell thereof
       with their and every of their appurtences unto
       him the said Thomas Tench his heires & assis
       forever  To and for the onely proper use & behoofe
       of him the s.d Tho.s Tench Esq his heirs & assis     
       forever and to and for none other use intent
       or purpose w.tsoever and y.e s.d Tho.s Wells for
       himselfe his heires Ex.rs and ad.rs and every
       of them doth Coven.t promise grant and agree to &
       with the s.d Tho.s Tench Esq his heires and assis
       and every of them by these presents y.t he y.e said
       Tho.s Wells his heirs Ex.rs or ad.rs or some of them
       the af.d Three hundred a of Land and other the
       premises hereby menconed and intended to be
       bargained and sold and every part & pcell
       thereof with their appurtences unto him the
       s.d Tho.s Tench his heires and assis ag.t himselfe
       his heirs and assis and against all & every
       other Person or Persons whatsoever shall
       and will warrant and Forever Defend by
