       Tract of Land unto David Frye Decd whose are
       at Law afterwards (viz.t) upon y.e thirteenth Day
       of Nov.r sixteen hundred ninety & nine Did for
       the Consideration in the Deed Expressed Bargain
       sell and convey the same unto the s.d Rich.d
       Johns his heirs and assis forever But y.t the s.d
       Deed from George Yate the father was never
       acknowledged according to act of assembly in
       such Cases made and provided y.e s.Ric.d Johns
       title may hereafter be Lyable to be Called in
       question by the s.d George Yate party to these
       presents or his heirs or assis  Wherefore now
       this present Indenture Wittneseth y.t y.e s.d George
       the son for and in consideracon of the sume
       of fifteen pounds ster to him in hand p.d by the
       s.d Ric.d Johns the rec.t whereof is hereby
       acknowledged hath as by these presents he
       doth Bargaine sell aliene Enfeoffe remise
       release ratifie and Confirme unto him the
       s.d Ric.d Johns and his heirs all y.t y.e af.d tract
       of Land called Sivay w.th y.e appurtences
       thereunto belonging  To have and To hold
       the s.d Bargained premises unto him y.e s.d
       Ric.d his heirs and assis forever to and for the
       onely proper use and behoofe of the s.d Ric.d and
       his heirs and to noe other use intent meaning
       or construction whatsoever  And the s.d George
       Yate doth hereby covenant promise grant and
       agree as well for himselfe as his heirs to and
       with them the said Richard Johns and his
       heires that the said Tract of Land and all &
       singular the appurtences thereunto belonging
       and every parte and pcell thereof now be & at
       all times hereafter shall be Discharged or
       saved harmless to the said Ric.d Johns his
