31 heirs and Assis by the said George Yate his heirs Ex.rs or ad.rs of and From all and singular former Bargaines Sayles Estates rights conditions grants Leases Titles entailes and incumbrances w.tsoever had made committed suffered or Done by him the said George or by any pson or psons lawfully claimeing or pretending to claime any right Title or interest from by or und.r him them or any of them And the s.d George Yate Doth hereby Likewise Coven.t promise Grant and agree to and with him the said Ric.d Johns that the now wife of the s.d George in Case she survive him shall not at time hereafter claime sue for or demand by way of Dower or otherwise any right or interest of in and to the af.d Tract of Land and premises or of in or to any parte or pcell thereof And y.t he the s.d Ric.d Johns and his heirs and assis shall and may Lawfully peaceably and quietly use occupy possess & Enjoy all the af.d Tract of Land and premises ag.t her the said now wife of the s.d George or any pson or psons claimeing or to claime by from or und.r her And Lastly the said George doth hereby further for him and his heirs coven.t promise grant & agree to and with him the s.d Ric.d Johns and his heirs he the said George and his heirs from time to time upon every reasonable request of the said Ric.d Johns and his heirs and at his and their costs and Charges in the Law at all times within the space of seven years next ensueing the date of these presents shall and will doe make and knowledge all and every such reasonable and Lawfull act and acts thing & things in the Law for the further and better assureance surety and suremakeing of y.e s.d tract of Land and premises to be had and made sure to y.e s.d Richard Johns and his heires Forever In Wittness (w.rof) |
