29 March 15.th 1706 Recd of M.r Benj.a Berry thirty two shill Curr.t money for the use of M.r James Heath for allienacon of Eight hundred a of Land mentioned in the within Deed p me James Stoddert Recorded The 5.th day of May 1708 1030 This Indenture made this fifteenth day of Decemb.r 1707 Between George Yate of Balt.r County Planter sonne and heir at Law of Geo Yate late of Ann.ll County Decd of the one parte and Ric.d Johns of Calv.t County Gent of the other parte Wittnesseth y.t whereas the Right Hon.ble Cecilius of Noble Memory Late Lord and propry of this pvince did by his Letters pattents bearing Date the tenth day of Sep.r 1684 Did Grant unto y.e s.d Geo Yate all that tract of Land called Sivey lyeing in Calv.t County on the West Side of the north Branch of Puttux.t River Begining at a bound white oake by a branch called Marshey Branch and bounding on the said Branch and Runing West and by north one hundred and sixty p.s to a marked oake from thence runing South and by East three hundred and twenty p.s to a bound oake by the side of a branch called Cabbins branch & from thence bounding on y.e s.d Branch lyeing Downe East and by north for ninety seven p.s to the side of the af.d north Branch of Puttuxent River & w.th y.e s.d Branch to the first bounded Tree Cont.a and Laid out For two hundred acres of Land more or less and that afterwards (viz.t) upon y.e thirteenth day of Sep.r sixteen hundred seventy & five for the Consideration therein Expressed the s.d George Yate the father did Bargaine and Convey the same (Tract) |
