       due to the Right Hon.ble the Lord propry on y.e same
       and he y.e s.d Edw.d Doth further for himselfe & his heirs
       covenant promise grant & agree to & with him the
       s.d s.d Charles and his heirs y.t he y.e s.d Edw.d & his heirs
       shall & will now and at all times hereafter warr.t
       and for ever Defend the same Bargained premisses
       w.th their appurtences af.d ag.t any pson or psons
       w.tsoever claimeing by from or und.r him unto
       him the s.d Charles his heirs & assis for ever
       Provided allways & it is the true Intent and
       me^a^ning of these presents y.t if y.e s.d Edw.d his heirs
       Ex.rs or ad.rs shall well & truely pay or Cause to be
       p.d unto the above named Charles his Ex.rs ad.rs
       or assis the Just and full sume of twenty three
       pounds twelve shill and Eleven pence ster
       (being the Consideracon money above s.d) by good
       and sufficient bills of Exch.a to be Drawne upon
       some Responcible merch.t in England & w.ch
       shall be duely accepted & p.d according to y.e tennor
       thereof at or before the tenth day of oct.r next
       Ensueing the date hereof that then this Deed
       and all the articles Clauses and Covenants
       therein Contained are to be null void & of noe
       Effect otherwise to stand be & remaine in full
       force and virtue to vest the fee symple and
       inheritance of the premises in him y.e s.d Charles
       Carroll his heirs and assis forever  In testemoney
       whereof the s.d partyes have hereunto Interchangeably
       sett their hands and affixed their seales y.e
