       of the prov.ll Court  These are to Empower & authorize
       you or any of you to acknowledge the within deed
       for me & in my name and for your so Doeing
       this shall be your war.t given und.r my hand and
       seale this 29.th day of March 1708

       Charles Carroll according to y.e Effect of the w.thin
       deed and y.e forme of y.e act of assembly in y.t Case made
       and provided &c.a  Taken & acknowledged in her
       maj.tys prov.ll Court before y.e Justices thereof

x.d 13/2   the yeare of our Lord 1706 Between Joseph Wilson
       of Calv.t County in the province of Maryland planter
       of the one parte and Benj.a Berry of prince
       Georges County planter of the other part  Wittnesseth
       y.t the s.d Joseph Wilson for & in Consideration of
       the sume of one hundred & tenn pounds Curr.t
       money of England to him p.d by the s.d Benj.a
