       s.d Charles p.d y.e rec.t whereof he the s.d Edw.d Doth
       hereby acknowledge & thereof & of every parte &
       pcell thereof doth fully & absolutely Exonerate acquit
       and Discharge him the s.d Charles his heirs & assis
       hath given granted Bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed
       and Confirmed as by these presents he Doth for him
       and his heirs give grant bargaine sell alien enfeoffe
       and Confirme unto him y.e s.d Charles all y.t tract or
       pcell of Land lyeing in Baltemore County called y.e
       five miles End at a place called called Lower ormond
       Begining at a bound white oake standing on the
       northermost side of a piece of grassy ground Continueing
       so as af.d grassey to Guins Runne then west by north
       one hundred & sixty p.s then North by East one hund.d
       p.s then East by South one hundred & sixty p.s then
       with a Direct Line to the first Tree Cont.a & Laid out
       for one hundred a more or less Together with all
       rights Members & appurtences to the s.d Tract of Land
       Belonging or in any wise appertaineing  To have
       and To hold the s.d Tract of Land & premises unto
       him the s.d Charles his heirs and assis forever to
       and for the onely proper use and Behoofe of him
       the s.d Charles and his heirs and to noe other use
       intent meaning or purpose w.tsoever and he y.e s.d
       Edw.d Doth hereby for him and his heirs covenant
       propise grant and agree to and with him y.e s.d Charles
       and his heirs that the above bargained premisses
       are at the tune of the Ensealing & delivery of these
       presents clear & free of and from all & all mann.r
       of Incumbrance w.tsoever whether by statutes
       Judgm.ts recognizances forfietures or attainders of
       him the s.d Edw.d Lee or of any other pson or psons
       und.r whome he derives his title to the premisses
