       of her Maj.tys Prov.ll Court of this Province
       These are to Empower and Authorize you or any
       of you to acknowledge the within Deed for me &
       in my name according to act of assembly in
       such cases made & provided and for your soe
       doing this shall be your Warr.t Given under
       my hand and seale this 17.th day of Dec.r 1707
