       perfection hereof is and doth stand seized of a free and full
& so in y.e    perfect Estate of In Inheritance enffe simple in all &
originall         singular the Lands & premises before hereby bargained and
       sould or Intended to be bargained & sold not to be Defeated overthrowne
       or Difeazaneed by any sort of Incumbrances
       Entanglement or title whatsoever and that he now hath
       in him full power and Lawfull authority to sell an alien as
       well the afd Land and premises w.th the appurtenances as
       the said Cattle and hoggs with their Increase to the said
       James Wallace his heires and assignes for ever  And the
       said Robert Johnson doth further Covenant and promise
       to and with the said James Wallace by these presence that
       is to say that he the said Robert Johnson & his heirs shall
       and Will for ever hereafter Warrant and defend all &
       singuler the bargained sold Lands and premises w.th the
       appurtenances w.th the said Cattle and hogg and there
       Increase debts & sums of Money tob.o & Corne above
       Mentioned to the said James Wallace his heires and
       assignes for ever as well against him the said Rob.t
       Johnson his heires ex.rs ad.rs & assignes as all other pson or
       psons whatsoever Claiming or deriveing any Right
       or title to the same or any part thereof and that the sd
       James Wallace his heires and assignes shall and may
       for ever hereafter peaceably and Quietly hould possess &
       enjoy the bargained premises w.th the apputts thereunto
       belonging and the Cattle & hoggs w.th their Increase
       without the Lett Molestation or Interuption of any
       pson or psons whatsoever and further the said Rob.t
       Johnson doth Covenant to and with the said Wallace that
       the said Robert Johnson & his heires shall and will from
       time to time and at all times hereafter for and dureing
       the space of seven yeares signed and acknowledge all such
       further & other Conveyance or Conveyances or assurance
       whatsoever unto the said James Wallace his heires and
       assignes for the better assurance purety and sure makeing
       all and singular the bargained Land and premises w.th the
       appurtences and the said Cattle and hoggs above mentioned
