x.d  This Indenture made this Eighth of December in
       the yeare of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred & eight
       Between James Wallace of prince Georges County in the
       province of Maryland Merchant of the one part and Rob.t
       Johnson of the afd County planter of the other parte
       Wittnesseth that the said Robert Johnson for and in Consideracon
       of the sume and Just Quantity of Twenty five pounds ster
       to him paid by the said James Wallace before the ensealing
       and delivery of these presence the Receipt whereof he the
       said Robert Johnson doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
       and of every part and parcell thereof doth for himself his heirs
       exec.rs & admin.trs and assignes by these Clearly and absolutely
       acquitt Exonerate and for ever discharge the said James Wallace
       his heires executors adm.rs & assignes by these presence hath given
       granted bargained sold aleined eeinfeoffed made over Released &
       Confirmed as by these presence he the said Rob.t Johnson doth for
       himself and his heires give grant bargaine sell elien enffeof &
       make over Release and Confirme to the said James Wallace
       his heires executors assignes or Certaine Attorney all that tract
       or pcell of Land in prince Georges County in the parrish of
       Piscattaway Containing one hundred acres called Little ^worth^ now in
& so in y.e   poss.n of the said Robert Johnson togeather with all Gardens
originall       Orchards pastures Woods Underwoods houses out houses stables
       Barnes & all other app [illegible] and appurtenances
       whatsoever to the same belonging or in any ways appertaining
       or now reputed to belong & appertaine as also four Cowes two
       Calves and one two yeare old eight head of Hoggs all marked
                                        with all Debts & sums of Mony tob.o and debts
       of tob.o & tob.o upon the said plantation either hanging Bulck or
       in hogsheads or either any ^other^ thing whatsoever that the said Johnson
       Can proclaime as his togeather also with all the Increase or Issue
       of the abovementioned Cattle & hoggs to have & to hold the bargained
       & sold premises and every parte thereof and the afd James
       Wallace his heires and assignes for ever to the only proper Use &
       behooffe of the said Wallace his heires assignes for ever & to no
       other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Rob.t
       Johnson Doth for him his heires Ex.rs adm.rs Covenant &
       promise to and with the said James Wallace his heires &
       assignes that ^he^ the said Robert Johnson at the time of the
