       with their Increase with all the tob.o & tob.o Debts Corne money & money debts
       unto the said James Wallace his heires & assignes for ever all the Charges
       of the Law of the said James his heirs & assignes or his or their Councill
       Learned in the Law shall Reasonably advise or devise provided allways
       and it tis the true Intent and meaning hereof that if the said Robert Johnson
       his heires ex.rs or ad.rs or any of them do & shall well & truly Content &
       pay unto the said James Wallace his heires ex.rs or assignes the Just &
       full sum of Twenty five pounds sterling at or before the 1.st of June next then
       this deed of bargaine & sale & every Clause & Article therein Contained to be Void & of no
       Force else to remaine in its full force power & virtue  In wittness whereof the sd
       parties have to these psence interchangably put their hands & seales the day &
       yeare first above written                                             his

                                                                   Endorsed as followes Viz.t

                I Empower Wornell Huntt one of the Atturney of the provinciall Court of
       the province of Maryland ^Gent^ or any other attorney in the said Court or in any other
       Court within this province to appeare for me at at any time hereafter & to
       acknowledge the above deed to be my act & deed and that the Lands Cattle &
       Hoggs w.th their Increase tob.o & Corne mony & mony debts in and by the same
       Conveyed of the proper Right of the said James Wallace his heires & assignes
       for Ever and to do therein as the act of assembly in that Case made
       provided directs as authentickly firmly as if I were present to do the same
       and for so doing this shall be a sufficient warrant Under my hand
       and seale this Eight of December one thousand seven hundred & eight

           Then Came into her maj.tys prov.ll Court before the Justices thereof Wornell
       Hunt Gent and by Virtue of the above Letter of attorney acknowledged
       the w.thin deed to be the act & deed of the within Rob.t Johnston & the Land
       and premises afd to the Uses of the said James Wallace according to the
       Effect of the within deed & the act of assembly in that Case made &
       provided &c               Taken & acknowledged in Open Court
