       fully clearly & absolutely grant bargaine sell alein enfeoff
       release & Confirme unto the said Richard Smith all the afd pcell
       of Land Called Stedmare with all the dwelling in houses out houses
       buildings whatsoever togeather with all Rights Members & apputts
       rents Issues & proffitts to the same belonging or in any ways
       appertaining as afd to have and to hold the afd peice or pcell of
       Land hereby granted bargained & sold with the appurtenances &
       every part & pcell thereof unto the said Rich.d Smith his heires & assignes
       to y.e only pper use and behooffe of him the sd Rich.d Smith his
       heires & assignes for ever & the said Jn.o Rousbey Esq.r for himself
       his heires ex.rs & adm.rs doth hereby Covenant promise Grant & agree
       to and w.th the said Richard Smith his heires ex.rs & adm.rs & assignes
       & every of them by these presents that he the said Jn.o Rousbey
       at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents
       is seized in his Demeasen as of fee of and in the before bargained
       Lands & premises w.th the appurtenances of a good sure and
       Indefeable Estate of Inheritance in fee simple freed & discharged
       of all arrearage of Rent & of all Incumbrances whatsoever
       the Rents & services hereafter to Grow due to y.e Chief Lord of the
       Fee of whome the s.d premises are holden (only Excepted &
       foreprized) and that the said Jn.o Rousbey Esq & his heires the
       s.d peice or pcell of Land togeather w.th the appurtenances
       before bargained & sold to the said Richard Smith his heires
       & assignes against him the said John Rousbey Esq & his heirs
       & all other person & psons whatsoever Claiming by from
       or Under him or them shall & will Warrant & for ever def
       defend by these presents  In Wittness Whereof the parties
       afd to these presents Indentures Interchangably have sett
       their hands & seales

          same time Came Anne Rousbey the wife of the said Rousbey who
          being secretly examined out of the hearing of her said Husband
          doth declare that she doth make her acknowledgement of
