       Charles Beckwith for and in Consideracon of the sum
       of one hundred pounds Curr.t money of Maryland to him
       in hand well & truly paid or secured by the said Charles
       Carroll & Amos Garrett hath given granted bargained
       sold alleined enfeoffed and Confirmed as by these presents he
       doth give grant bargain sell alein enfeoffe and Confirme
       unto than the said Charles Carroll and ^Amos Garrett^  All those two
