       for himself and his heires doth hereby ^Covenant^ promise grant and agree to and w.th the
       said Charles his heirs & assignes that he the said George & his heires shall and
       will from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter save Indemnifye
       and keep harmless as well the s.d Charles as all others the before
       mentioned to be bargained premises and every part & Pcell thereof
       of and from all former bargaines sales Joyntures dowers titles of dower
       statutes Judgm.ts Recognizances Executions Rent Charges arrearages of
       Rents Issues forfeitures and all other Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever
       And the said George for himself and his heires doth hereby further Covenant
       pmise grant and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll his heirs &
       assignes  That he the s.d George and his heires shall and will from time to
       time and at all times forever hereafter do make acknowledge suffer and
       Execute or Cause to be made done acknowledged suffered and executed all &
       Every such further and other act or acts thing or things assureances or
       Conveyances in the Law as by the said Charles Carroll his heires and
       assignes or his or their Councell Learned in the Law shall be from time to
       time reasonably devised advised or required for the further and better assurance
       surety and sure makeing of all and singular the premises hereby bargained
       and sold or Intend to be hereby bargained and sold  And lastly the said Georg
       for himself and his heires doth hereby Covenant pmise grant and agree to &
       w.th the s.d Charles Carroll his heires and assignes that he the s.d George and
       his heires shall & will from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter
       warr.t & defend the afd Tract of Land by these presents to the s.d Charles bargained and sold or to
       him mentioned to be bargained and sold and of every part & pcell thereof against all manner
       of Psons claiming or pretending hereafter to Claime any Right title or Interest to the
       s.d tract of Land or any part thereof  In wittness whereof the the parties to these
       Psents have hereunto set their hands and seales the day & year first above Written

                            doing this shall be your sufficient warrant given under my
