       Lord proprietary of this province therefore  And she the said
       Anne Lynes Executrix of the last Will and Testam.t of the
       aforesaid Philip Lynes for herselfe her heirs Executrix
       and Adm.rs Doth hereby Covenant Grant and Agree to and
       with the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns that she the sd
       Anne Lynes Executrix as af.d her heirs Executrix and Adm.rs
       shall and will at all Tymes warrant and Defend the said Bargained
       Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the sd Charles
       Carroll his heirs and Assigns for ever from and gainst all persons
       whatsoever saving the rents and services hereafter to grow due
       to the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors  In witness whereof
       the partys to these presents have interchangeably affixd their
       hand and seals the Day and Year first above written
       Sealed and Delivered                        Anne Lynes  (seale)
       in presence of
       E Howard   On the back side of the foregoeing Deed was
       Richard Coe    thus Endorst Viz.t
       Charles County   Jan.ry the 26.th 1709

       The within named Anne Lynes party to the within
       Deed Do hereby Authorise and impower my loving
       Friend William Bladen ^for^ me and in my stead to acknowledge
       the within Deed to the uses within Menconed
       Seald and Delivered in            Anne Lynes      (Seale)
       presence                        Jan.ry 31.th 1709
       E Howard        Then did the above named William Bladen
       Richard Coe     pursuant to the above power of Atturney
       Acknowledge the within Deed according to the Act of
       Assembly in that case made and provided before me
