       and demand whatsoever of them the said Nath.ll and Hannah
       of in and to the said Land and Premises hereby Granted or Intended to
       be hereby Granted to the said Hatley and Company their heires
       and assignes as also Eighteen head of Cattle ^Viz.t Neaty Cattle Cowes steeres &c.a^ for sixty one pounds
       sterl y.e full of ninty six pounds  To have and to hold
       all the af.d three tracts of Lands and plantacons Caled Stinchcombs
       Lott or Park The Reserve and the Tanyard with their appurtences
       and premises and the said Eighteen head of Cattle unto them
       the said Hatley and Comp.a their heires and assignes for Ever
       to the sole proper use and behooffe of them the said Hatley &
       Company for Ever and to none other Intent or use whatsoever
       And the said Nath.ll Stinchcomb and Hannah his wife for
       themselves their heires Ex.rs and adm.rs and Every of them does Covenant
       pmise Grant and agree to and with the said Benj.a Hatley
       George Nelthorpe & John Brice in Comp.a their ^heires^ Ex.rs and ad.rs in
       manner and form following that is to say that they the said Nath.ll
       and Hannah their heires shall and will at all Times hereafter
       Worrant and for Ever defend to the said Hatley and Comp.a their
       heires and assignes all them the above mentioned hereby Granted three
       tracts of Land and Premises w.th their appurtences and Eighteen
       head of Cattle as well from & against them the said Nath.ll
       and Hannah and their heires Ex.rs and ad.rs and assignes for
       Ever as against all and all manner of Persons Claiming or to
       Claime any Right Title Estate Intrest or property out of or in the
       same by from or under them or any Person whatsoever and
       that the above bargained premises are at the Time of the Ensealing &
       delivery of these presents Clear and free of and from all manner
       of Incumbrances whatsoever whether by statutes Judgments
       Recognisances sales Gifts Grants morgages whatsoever save only
       the Rent due and Growing due to the Lord propriator  And the
       said Nath.ll and Hannah for themselves and their heires and
       assignes do further Covenant promise Grant and agree to &
       w.th the said Hatley and Company their heires and assignes
       that the Abovesaid Nath.ll and Hannah and their heires
       shall and will at all times hereafter dureing the space of seven
       yeares from the date at the request & Charges in Law of
