       them the said Hatley and Comp.a Do make Execute any further
       or other deed or deeds as the Councill Learned in the Law of the s.d
       Hatley and Company shall devise or advise for the more sure
       Conveying and makeing over y.e af.d Land and premises w.th their
       appurtences unto the s.d Hatley & Comp.a their heires and assignes
          Provided allways and it is the true Intent and meaning of
       those presents that if the said Nath.ll Stinchcomb and Hanah his
       wife or their heires Ex.rs or ad.rs do well and Truly repay the said
       Hatley & Comp.a into the hands of John Brice his Ex.rs or ad.rs for the
       Use of s.d Comp.a the full sume of ninty six pounds sterl money in
       the Terme of foure yeares from the date hereof and also Lawfull
       Interest for the same Every six months at y.e Dwelling house of s.d Jn.o
       Brice and Pforme and fullfill all the Covenants in this deed then
       the aboves.d land and Premises w.th their appurtences and Every Eighteen
       head of Cattle shall reverte and remaine to the said Nath.ll & Hannah
       and this deed & all Clauses and Covenants therein shall be Void &
       of none Effect to all Constructions Constructions Intents and purposes
       whatsoever and shall be Delivered up w.th all other Writeings thereunto
       belonging and its further agreed by the parties to these presents that
       if the said Nath.ll & Hannah doe pay part w.th Lawfull Intrest then
also in y.e   that part shall revert (Viz.t) if Repay 20.ℓ Twenty pounds w.th Interest
mginall        the Two hundred acres is thereby Cleard if Fifteen pounds & Int.rst
       the six hund.d acres of outland is Cleard and if pay sixty one
       pounds sterl & Interest the dwelling ^plantacon^ Called y.e Tanyard w.th three
       hund.d a is Cleard and also the Eighteen head of Cattle
       In Wittness whereof we have hereunto Interchangably
       sett hour hands & seales the day and yeare above written
