       abovesaid Nath.ll and Hannah do hereby acknowledge and
       thereof and therefrom and from Every part and parcell thereof
       doth freely fully and absolutely Exonerate acquit and discharge
       the s.d Hatley & Comp.a their heires Ex.rs and ad.rs and Every of
       them by these presents for Ever, Hath given granted bargained
       sold aliened Enffeofed Remised released and Confirmed and by these
       presents Doth Give grant bargain sell alien Enfeoffe remise
       release and Confirme to y.e af.d Hatley and Comp.a their heires &
       assignes for Ever all them three tracts or percells of Land
       the one Called or known by the name of Stinchcombs Lot or
       Park or by what name soever but Containing about six
       hundred acres of Land and Lyes adjoyning to a Tract of Land
       of said Brices Called Brices Share scituate Lying and being
       on the north side the falls of Potapsco River on a Ridge Called
       Diamond Ridge not far from Iseing Glass Hill for the sume
       of fifteen pounds sterl money part of the said sume of
       ninety six pounds sterl also all that tract or percell of Land
       Called the Reserve Containing about Two hundred acres and Lyes
       adjoyning unto the now dwelling plantacon of the said
       Stinchcomb known by the name of y.e new designe or Quarter
       or by any other name whatsoever for the sume of Twenty
       pounds sterl money other part of the said ninty six pounds
       Also the Tract of Land the said Stinchcomb now Lives on
       Called the Tanyard and Contayning about three hundred acres
       being the now dwelling plantacon of the said Stinchcomb on y.e
       north side y.e falls of Potapsco in Baltemore County Togeather
       w.th all and singular the houses Buildings Edifices Barnes
       Stables Gardens orchards plantacons Cornfeilds fences Woods
       underwoods Timber and Timber Trees Ways Waters Water
       Courses Easements Emoluments Comodities and advantages to
       the same belonging or in any wayes appertaining or w.th y.e
       same hold used occupied or enjoy'd or acopld reputed or taken
       as part percell or member thereof ad the reversion and
       reversions remainder & remainders rents Issues and proffitts      
       thereof and also all the Estate right Intrest Use possession Claime
