       singular other the premises before Granted with the
       appurtences unto the said George Valentine and his heires
       to the only proper use and behoofe of him the said Geo
       Valentine his heires & assignes for Ever ag.t him the
       said Rich.d Kirkland his heires and assignes &
       all and Every other Pson or persons w.ttsoever Lawfully
       Claiming or to Claime by from or under him them or
       any of them or any other Pson or Psons whatsoever
       shall and will warr.t & ^for ever^ defend by these Psents and
       that at the time of the Ensealing & Delivery hereof he
       is seized of a good Pfect sure absolute firme and
       Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance of all and singular
       the before Granted premises & Every part and Pcell thereof
       without any Condicons remainder or Limitation of
       any Use or Uses Estate or Estates in or to any pson or
       Psons w.ttsoever to alter Change defeat detirmine or make
