       and assignes as all and singular the before mentioned Pmises
       bargained for with their and Every of there appurtenances
       of and from all former Bargaines sales Joyntures dowers
       and title of Dowers Statutes Judgments Executions rent
       Charges arrearages of Rents forfeitures mortgages and
       all other Charges and Incumbrances whatever had made
       suffred or done by him the said Richard Kirkland or any
       other person Claimeing or that shall Claime from by or
       under him them or any of them and the said Richard
       Kirkland for himself his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs doth
       hereby further Covenant pmise grant and agree to and
       with the said George Valentine his heires and assignes
       that he the said Richard Kirkland shall and will from
       time to time and at all Times for Ever hereafter do make
       Acknowledge Suffer and Execute or Cause to be made done
       Acknowledged suffered & Executed all and singular Every
       such further and other act or Acts thing or things
       assurances and Conveyances in the Law as by the said
       George Vallentine his heires or assignes or his or their
       Councill in the Law shall be from time to time
       Reasonably devised advised or Required for the further &
       Better assurance surety and sure makeing and Conveying
       of all and singular the above premises hereby Granted
       Bargained and Sold or Intended to be hereby bargained
       granted and sold and further the said Rich.d Kirkland
       for himself and his heires doth hereby Covenant pmise
