106 passages Easements Waters water Courses priviledges and all other appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging to both the above said Tracts of Land or in any wise appertaining to Either of the said Tracts Togeather also with all the Estate right Title Interest property use possession Inheritance Claime and Demand whatsoever thereunto belonging to him the s.d Richard Kirkland or his heires of nor to the same nor any part nor Pcell thereof And all the deeds pattents Evidences writeings Escripts and Immunuments which any ways Touch or concerne the same To have & hold the said tracts of Lands Called as aboves.d and all and singular other the premises before mentioned and Intended to be hereby granted Bargained and sold and Every part and Pcell thereof with theire and Every of their appurtences unto him the said George Valentine his heires and assignes for Ever to and for the only proper use and behoofe of him the said George Valentine his heires and assignes for Ever and to and for none other intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Richard Kirkland for himself his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs and every of them doth Covenant promise grant and agree to & with the said George Vallentine his heires Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes and Every of them by these presents that the said Richard Kirkland his heires Ex.rs or adm.rs or some of them The said Tracts or pcells of Land and other the premises hereby mentioned and Intended to be bargained & sold shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter Indemifie save & keep harmless as well the said George Valentine his heires (and) |
