       County Planter of the one part and George Valentine of Ann.ll
       County in the province of Maryland of the other part
       Wittnesseth that he the s.d Richard Kirkland for and
       in Consideracon of the sume of thirty six pounds Eighteen
       shill sterl money of England in hand paid hath Given granted
       Bargained sold aliened Enffeofed and Confirmed and by these
       Psents doth for himself his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs Give Grant
       bargaine sell aliene Enfeoffe and Confirme unto him the
       sid George Valentine his heires and assignes for Ever all
       that two Tracts of Land ^Called^ and known by the name of Bold
       Venture scituate Lying and being in Annarund.ll County
       Beginning at a bounded white Oake standing by the
       maine Roade to Elke Ridge Thence north one hundred
       and sixty per to a black Oake thence north East & by north
       forty per to a bounded black oake thence north sixty six
       perches to a bounded red Oake Thence East and by north Two
       hundred fifty five per Thence with a Right Line to
       the first bounded Tree Containing and now Laid out for
       two hundred acres (More or less) according to the Cert
       of Survey  And also another tract or parcell of Land Called
       & Known by the name of Girles portion scituate lying
       and being in Baltemore County between the branches
       of Puttuxent River  Begining at y.e first Tree of M.r
       Charles Carroll.s Land Called Duhoregan Then with the said
       Land one hundred per south and by East then East & by
       North one hundred and sixty per then north and by west
       one hundred per Thence w.th a Direct Line to the first
       Tree Containing and now Laid out for one hundred acres
       (more or less) according to the Cert of Survey  Togeather
       with all and singular the Trees woods underwoods and
       appurtences standing growing Lying and being now
       upon the af.d Lands or any part or percell thereof with all
       the houses outhouses orchards gardens Co^r^nfeilds pastures fences
       and all and singular the rents Issues proffitts Comoditys ways
