       North thirty Degrees Easterly one hundred and
       eight perches to a bound white oake then North
       twenty five degrees Westerly two hundred per
       to an oak saplin then North eighty per to
       a bound oake then North forty nine degrees
       Westerly seventy four per to a bound white
       oake then south sixty five degrees Westerly
       thirty four per to a bound white oak saplin
       on the brow of a Gravelly Hill North sixty
       eight degrees Westerly one hundred & eight
       perches to a bound spanish oake on y.e Eastermost
       side of a branch then south eighteen
