       of Fifty pounds sterl to him in hand
       well & truly paid by y.e said George Parker
       at & before the ensealing & Delivery
       hereof the receipt whereof the said John
       Brice doth hereby acknowledge and
       thereof & therefrom & from every part
       & parcell thereof doth freely fully and
       absolutely Exonerate Acquitt & Discharge
       the said George Parker his heires Ex.rs
       & Adm.rs & every of them by these p.rsents
       forever hath Given Granted Bargained
