       hereby granted or intended to be hereby
       granted to the said George Parker his
       heires & Assigns  To have & To hold
       all that the aforesaid Tract of Land
       called Clarks Walks with the p.rmisses
       & appurts thereto belonging unto him
       the said George Parker his heires &
       Assigns forever to the sole proper use
       & behoofe of him the said George
       Parker his heires & Assignes forever
       more  And to none other  use Intent or
       purpose whatsoever  And the said John
       Brice for himself his heires Ex.rs and
       Administrators & every of them doth
       Covenant promise Grant & Agree to and
       with the said George Parker his heires
       & assignes in manner & form following
       (that is to say) that he the said John
       Brice & his heires shall & will from time
       to time & at all times hereafter shall &
       will warrant & for Ever defend to the
