       County have by his Deed duely Executed conveyed Confirmed
       and Made over to the said Zacharias his Heirs & Assignes
       for Ever Have given granted bargained sold released &
       Confirmed & by these p.rsents doe give grant bargain sell
       and Confirme unto him the said William Taylard his Heirs
       and assignes for Ever all their right title & Interest of in
       and unto all that Tract or parcell of Land within menconed
       called or Knowne by the Name of Scotland lyeing & being
       in S.t Michaells hundred S.t Maries County aforesaid butted
       and bounded as in the within Menconed deed is More fully
       and Largely sett forth together with all & singuler the Houses
       Orchards Gardens Marishes woods underwoods & other the
       p.rmisses w.th there appurtences w.thin menconed  To have and To
       hold the afd Tract of Land called Scotland together w.th
       the p.rmisses thereunto belonging unto him the said W.m
       Taylard his Heirs & Assignes for ever under the rent to be
       come due and payable to the Lord of the Fee for the p.rmisses to
       the only proper use and behoofe of him the said W.m Taylard
       his Heirs & Assignes for Ever More and to Noe other use Intent
       or purpose whatsoever & the said Zacharias & Martha his
       wife for themselves their Heirs Executors & Adm.rs doe hereby
       Covenant pmise and Grant to and w.th the said W.m Taylard
       his Heirs and Assignes that they the said Zacharias & Martha
       his wife their Heirs Execut.rs & Adm.rs shall & will for Ever warrant
       and Defend the afd land w.th the p.rmisses called Scotland
       to him the said William Taylard his Heires & Assignes for
       ever against all p.rsons whatsoever Claime^ing^ or to claime any
       Right title or Intrest from by or under them the said
       Zacharias & Martha their or Either of their Heirs or Assignes
       or any or Either of them   In Witness whereof they have
       hereunto sett their hands & seales the six and Twentyeth day
       of December in the yeare of our Lord one Thousand six
       hundred Ninety & Nine
